This is not a retreat to escape life.
It is a space to stabilize what your system is already carrying.
Many people are already doing deep inner work — but their nervous system is not always keeping pace with what they carry
Insight moves faster than integration.
Responsibility grows faster than capacity.
Life asks more, while the system has less space to reorganize itself.
This is not a space to go deeper.
It is a space to stabilize, regulate, and integrate.
The environment, the rhythm, and the structure are designed to support the nervous system — not to stimulate it.
What matters here is not experience, but coherence.
Not intensity, but sustainability.
You are already engaged in inner work and sense that something important is not fully integrating.
You carry responsibility — in your work, your family, your leadership, or your life — and feel that your nervous system needs more stability to hold what is emerging.
You are not looking for peak experiences, breakthroughs, or emotional release.
You are looking for coherence.
You value structure, rhythm, and precision over intensity or stimulation.
This retreat is not for beginners.
It is not for seekers.
It is not for those looking to escape their life.
It is for people who are ready to stay — and to organize themselves from the inside.

The system is given time to slow down, orient, and reorganize itself.Attention returns to rhythm, timing, and internal reference —
not through effort, but through consistency. What unfolds is not release or peak experience, but a state that can be embodied and lived.
— Kundalini Yoga and meditation,
used to restore rhythm, orientation, and alignment.— Nervous system regulation,
supporting settling, pacing, and capacity over time.— Creative and inner integration,
allowing what is already present to take form.Nothing is added for effect.
Everything serves stability and integration.

Her work is rooted in long-term somatic and meditative disciplines, including Kundalini-based practices, and in direct observation of how the nervous system restores order when pressure is reduced and timing is respected.Rather than guiding through intensity or emotional release, she creates conditions where the body can slow down, orient, and reorganize itself — naturally and without force. She is known for a steady, precise presence and for holding spaces where clarity emerges through consistency rather than effort.
Her background draws from inner child regulation through art, sound, and African naturopathic traditions. She works quietly in support of the container, helping maintain a sense of safety, continuity, and ease throughout the retreat.
This retreat takes place in a private Moroccan villa, in the quiet countryside, just 20 minutes from Essaouira.Surrounded by open land, wide skies, and natural silence, the space invites the nervous system to soften and settle. The villa is designed in a bohemian-chic Moroccan style, with several outdoor areas to gather, rest, walk, or be alone. A swimming pool accompanies the rhythm of the days — for both stillness and ease. This is not a hotel.
It is a private home, temporarily devoted to presence.

Participants stay on site for the full duration of the retreat.• Private rooms available
• Shared rooms availableThe setting is simple, comfortable, and supportive of rest and integration.
All practices, meals, and rest moments unfold within the same space, allowing continuity and depth.Practical details and arrival information are shared after registration.
Mornings begin with Kundalini practice before breakfast — a way to awaken the body, orient the nervous system, and set the tone for the day.
Breakfast follows, unhurried, with space to land.Time is intentionally spacious.
Individual 1:1 sessions are woven into mornings or afternoons and scheduled after registration, allowing each participant to be met without pressure.Midday opens into free time and shared activities:
rest, nature walks, a hike in the surrounding landscape, a sunset horse ride, a visit to the Essaouira medina, a Moroccan cooking workshop, and a creative art workshop.
Nothing is compulsory. Participation follows capacity, not obligation.Evenings gather the group again.
A gentle Kundalini practice supports settling and digestion of the day, followed by dinner.
We close with a community circle and meditation — a space for quiet integration before sleep. The structure is consistent.
The pace is humane.
What matters is not how much happens, but how deeply it can be lived.
